As a former competitive high board diver & Gymnast at an international level, sport has always been a huge part of my life. I was taught form a very young age the importance fo health and fitness. Once I discovered CrossFit, I loved how my previous skills overlapped whiles I learnt new movements and lifts. I have a huge passion for coaching and love watching people how physically and mentally stronger, knowing I had an impact on that growth.
