Tom Chambers


I have always actively participated in sports, I played Football and Rugby up until my early twenty’s and I also competed in the triple jump at a national level, representing Surrey at the UK National Championships. I now look to compete at CrossFit and use my Fitness to take on outdoor challenges,  like when I climbed Kilimanjaro. Since discovering CrossFit 2 years ago I have personally experienced profound changes in my fitness and well-being and I am now looking to develop as a coach to help others unlock their fitness and achieve their goals. I also have a keen interest to help people train through injuries, I have continued to train after 2 knee operations and learnt progress doesn’t have to stop because you are injured.
