I started CrossFit in 2012. I was taught the fundamental movements and attempted my first Open whilst in Afghanistan. Initially self taught through YouTube and trial & error, it allowed me to get fitter and stronger for my role within the Army.
I attended and passed my CrossFit level 1 at NorCal CrossFit in October 2013. I spent a lot of my time whilst back in Germany coaching my Army unit. I continued to coaching in Guildford when home on leave and started to judge at large competitions throughout the UK to better understand movement under pressure of competion throughout 2014 and 2015.
I attended and passed my CrossFit level 2 in Febuary of 2016 taking on Head CrossFit coach at Locer 27 in Weybridge for approximately 12 months.
I enjoy focusing on helping people get better no matter their experience or ability, watching someone achieve and progress is a pleasure and keeps me wanting more.
