Coach

When you love what you do you will never work a day in your life. That statement couldn’t be truer of my career as a Coach. I discovered that I have a true passion for coaching after having my two children, and completely changed my career path as a result. Helping others to make positive and often life-changing steps towards better health and fitness is an amazing privilege.

I have a massive interest in Mindset, Nutrition and Women’s Health and continue to study these areas to bring a deeper understanding to my coaching practices. Sport and fitness has always been a big part of my life, playing many sports including Gymnastics, Hockey and then Tchoukball at European standard as a kid. In later years, I took on many challenges involving sprint triathlons, cross country running and mid distant races until I discovered Crossfit 8 years ago when the sport was just being introduced in the UK. I have competed in many individual and team competitions, taking Newwave to The European Crossfit Regionals in Berlin in 2018. Outside of Crossfit coaching I am a Mum of two and the owner of online health and fitness coaching companies.
