A large component of our programme is made up of developing correct biomechanical movement and alignment, with extensive mobility, stability & flexibility based preperation work.
We pride ourselves in our ability to continue to make simple movements and excercises fun and interesting by varying individual, paired and group based challenges.

We believe in the concept of virtuosity that is performing the common, uncommingly well.
