With a background in competitive football, I had developed a good understanding of training and commitment to sport. Finding CrossFit not only allowed me the opportunity to commit to training many different modalities, but also granted me the opportunity to find a career where I could use my skillset to help people develop their movement, approach and understanding with regards to exercise. Weightlifting has been my favourite modality within CrossFit and I continue to dedicated myself to learning about teaching, programming and the different systems around the world.
