All our classes are led and programmed by expect coaches who will support your individual goals, whether that’s improving your basic fitness or competitive CrossFit. Our workouts are adapted to your needs whatever your fitness ability.

We offer classes for ALL ages from 4 to 94+.

CrossFit

CrossFit is all about getting fitter, stronger, and more confident through varied, coached group training. Every class blends strength work with simple, effective conditioning so you build a balanced level of fitness that carries into everyday life. Hyrox

Hyrox blends running with functional fitness to give you a full-body challenge that feels exciting and achievable. Each session mixes steady running intervals with strength stations like sled pushes, lunges, and carries. We coach you through every step, scale the movements to your level, and keep the atmosphere supportive so you can build confidence at your own pace. It’s a great option if you want to boost your engine, feel stronger day-to-day, and train with a clear goal in mind — whether you’re preparing for your first race or just fancy trying something new.

Conditioning

Conditioning is all about improving your engine in a friendly, encouraging setting. Gymnastics

Weightlifting

Fit For Life

Our Over 65s sessions focus on strength, mobility, balance, and everyday independence. Every class is led at a steady pace with clear demonstrations and plenty of guidance, so you always feel safe and supported. We tailor movements to your ability and build progress gradually, helping you feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in daily life — whether that’s carrying shopping, climbing stairs, or keeping up with the grandkids.

Kids and Teens

Our Kids & Teens classes are designed to help young people build confidence, coordination, and strength in a fun, structured environment. We keep the sessions active and engaging, mixing games with age-appropriate skill work so everyone feels involved and supported. Coaches focus on good technique, teamwork, and enjoyment first — helping your child stay active, make friends, and develop healthy habits for life.

Free Run Club

Our free Run Club is a relaxed, welcoming way to get outside and build your fitness with others. We keep the pace friendly and the routes simple, so you can join in whether you’re a total beginner or getting back into running after a break. Coaches and members run together, offering tips, encouragement, and plenty of support along the way. It’s a great chance to move, chat, and enjoy running without any pressure — just turn up and give it a go.
